For a construction firm, one might believe “Building Community” means just constructing buildings, but this is not true for Elford.  Building community means being involved in the community in which our clients and employees reside, participating in organizations that they take part in, and helping to improve the infrastructure for those who live and work in the community.

It is important for Elford to be engaged in the central Ohio community, which is why we contribute financial resources and encourage all of our employees to volunteer, participate, and serve on boards for our central Ohio community organizations. Volunteering helps our community to grow and it can’t be successful without growth.
